Thornton In Bloom - a letter from one of our readers

“Read Jacqui Morley's piece on Thornton in Bloom and just had to send thanks to her for an excellent article. I also have to thank Mellonie thomas on behalf of all the residents of Thornton for her dedicated work over the years to Thornton in Bloom. The photo of her was truly lovely - but then she is a lovely person. I hope the article will make people realise just how much hard work goes into making Thornton a nice place to live.

Irene Horner”
